7 November 2022, Hong Kong – Woody’s Company Limited is interested in purchasing all the unexpired vouchers issued by Divine Food Service Limited (In Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation) trading as Crostini. The purchaser will only purchase original vouchers with an expiry date on or after 14 September 2022. Eligible vouchers will be purchased based on the full redemption value of the vouchers.
All voucher holders interested in selling their vouchers must complete a registration form. Voucher holders are encouraged to submit completed registration forms and original vouchers at the service counter located at Basement, China United Centre, 28 Marble Road, North Point, Hong Kong on 12-13 November 2022 and 19- 20 November 2022. Additional dates may be announced.
Voucher holders may also submit completed registration forms and original vouchers by post to Briscoe Wong Advisory Limited, Room 818, 8/F, China United Centre, 28 Marble Road, North Point, Hong Kong. Woody’s Company Limited (Purchaser) will not be held liable for any vouchers lost in the mail.
Cheques will be posted to all eligible voucher holders within 45 days of the receipt of the vouchers.

2022年11月7日，香港 – 胡迪有限公司有意全數購買由以Crostini之名營業的鴻膳有限公司發出未到 期的現金券/禮劵。購買方只購買有效期為2022年9月14日或之後的現金券/禮劵正本。符合條件的現金 券/禮劵將按其面值全數兌換。
所有現金券/禮劵持有人若有興趣出售其現金券/禮劵必須填寫登記表格。現金券/禮劵持有人可於 2022 年 11 月 12 至 13 日及 2022 年 11 月 19 至 20 日到位於香港北角馬寶道 28 號華匯中心地庫的服務台 提交已填妥並簽署的登記表格和現金券/禮劵正本。額外的日期或會隨後公佈。
現金券/禮劵持有人也可把已填妥並簽署的登記表格和現金券/禮劵正本郵寄往香港北角馬寶道 28 號華匯中心 8 樓 818 室。購買方不會就任何因郵遞失誤遺失現金券/禮劵而導致的損失承擔和負責。
